Jorge Cruise offers an amazing amount of information on his website, Youtube Channel, Free Email Newsletter and in his latest books.

If you are like me you are all over the Twitter side on things. Jorge does an ok job at updating his Twitter. The best thing about his Twitter or even Youtube is that he WILL take your questions. This guy really cares about you. He wants you to reach your weight loss goal the healthy way without putting chemicals into you body.
